Educational Speech on Mentor Program

Robin gave an introduction on how our club run Mentor Program. This introduction includes the benefits of this program; quality of Mentor and Mentee; Mentorship process; How to become a great mentor and specific items on CCTM's mentoring program. Application forms of Mentor and Mentee were also handed out during the meeting.

Entitled: "Time to Enjoy the Open Roads – Get a Motorbike"

Speech Evaluation: Well prepared and well structured. Opening – Disadvantages – Advantages – Closing. Convincing comparison and personal examples. Need to improve: Put more supporting materials in; Hand gestures and stronger conclusion.

Entitled: "A brief introduction to the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China"

Speech Evaluation:  Fluent speech. Need to improve: transitions between parts. Slow down and more movements.

Speech Evaluation: Passionate. Know the audience. Really controlled the stage. Good story teller. Need to improve: Find some different visual aids like pictures or CDs. Put picture on to bring more funs.

Addy gave the No. 9 speech evaluated by Lisa

Entitled: "Why don't you visit Hong  Kong?"

Speech Evaluation: Delivered the speech in a sincere and convincible way. Details information about Hong Kong. Natural body movements. Need to improve: talk about Hong Kong more from a local person's aspect. What is the amazing part of Hong Kong. Eye contacts.
