1.       Abigail: The District Level Public Speaking Spring Contest will be held in Shanghai May 7-9 which is a great opportunity to learn and build up network and the early bird fee for registration before Feb. 13 is only RMB388. 2.       Charly: Expenses approval policy to let members vote and the result is: Expenses within RMB 0-500, approved by President; Expenses within RMB 501-1000, approved by Excom officers; Expenses above RMB 1000, voted and approved by members. Also, CCTMC will lend RMB 3000 to CHIC to support its operation during start-up period.
