Announcements

1. Special Guest Introduction: Addy, come from A1 club, ever one of our CCTMC member. Welcome!

2. Speech Contest (Mar 19, 2009): We still need some judges and timer for the contest. If you want to be one of them, please contact with VPE Yann.

Conclusion

The Speech Contest is coming next week. Are you ready? Yesterday meeting proved that most of toastmasters have prepared enough. 

Jessica, a smart girl, mastered the Table Topic session successfully. “If you could choose” is really a good idea for this session. Everyone always have to face to choice day by day. Maybe one choice could change your life. I think that is why so many people wanted to be volunteers activitely yesterday. Catching the topic that people concerned is a great idea as TTM. Jessica made a good example for us.

Chris La Due taught us how to start a day for success. He concentrated his comments on a short word - “SSTART”. It is easy to remember and understand, right? Did you felt any difference today in the morning? If not, maybe you could have a try.

Each normal meeting is a chance to practice for us and speech contest is a stage to show our best achievement. Hope to see you all in the the speech contest!
