We are going to play “capture the flag” with our sister clubs, CHIC and A1.
We are going to play at the Olympic Centre. There is an outdoor big arena of 6 square kilometers, green area, really nice, Luca saw it last week, there is also a nice rest area.

Schedule:

11th September 2010
11.15 am meet at the venue (from 10.45 someone will be at the metro exit to help you)
11.30 – 1.00 club activities and lunch
13.00 – 15.00 Tutorial and then play Laser Game!!!
15.00 - 16.00 Debriefing - award session (TBC)

Additional information:
- They will give to each of us a uniform.
- The laser game can be a really intense activity, bring additional T-shirt, a towel etc. + an umbrella
- There is a shower service, 10 kuai per person, we have to check if we have to book it too.
- Bring closed shoes, no slippers, for your own security.
- Bring water/food if you want. At the venue a bottle of water is 1.5 kuai and they have some snacks.

Directions: Take line 8 (Green – Olympic line) and stop at the Beijing Olympic Centre metro. Take the South – East exit. From there, follow the street going North, towards the Bird Nest (from the exit, turn right…). Don’t cross the highway (4th Ring Road) but follow the street until you arrive at the main entrance of the Beijing Olympic Centre on your right. Enter and take the left road. After 5 minutes, on the left side of the street you will find the CS venue, there are some indications (or ask to the BaoAn). Continue on the small street, it seems there is nothing but after the big building the arena will be in front of you! It is a 10 minutes walk.

Area B1 speech contest

You might be wondering what happens next to our club level contest winners: Olivier, Lisa, Louis and Nathan!
All of them will be representing CCTMC to the next level Area B1 contest (晋级赛)! Date is Sept 12 (Sunday) at Wangjing Motorola Campus! Starting from 1:30PM! (it's not clashing with our laser tag outing on Sept 11, you can go to both!) Let's all go and support our heroes and heroine!

I am wondering if we can occupy the whole room to make it like CCTMC home base!
