It is true.  We did go crazy.  And we have the pictures to prove it.

Between the teambuilding games, the mandarin table topics practice, and the mentorship breakout session,  we have connected with one another, understoood each other better, and feel recharged for the next TM activities.  We all let our hair down, and dropped our poker face, and enjoyed each others company.  I'm sure the upcoming newsletter will have more details. 

For the mentors/mentees who were not able to make it to the outing, don't forget to reach out to each other.  There is no shortcut to be a better communicator and leader.   I hope to see more faces at the next outing.
