My Dearest Fellow Toastmasters, It’s my great pleasure to report to you an extraordinary meeting last night. Having being away for a month has an advantage, I now look at you in a new perspective – and to be fair, I recognize the leadership in you immediately. Sussie, a letter to your future self is one of the most beautiful stories I have ever heard. “Live life to your fullest”, and congratulations, I see the strength in you in achieving anything you set your mind into. Cathy Li, I am always amazed about how you can deliver a professional evaluation in a smooth and pleasant way, as if you were dancing an elegant dance. I see leaders gradually taking shape under my very own eyes: Aaron, who cherishes his fatherhood and touches our hearts with loving stories – i do believe leadership starts from a loving heart; Angela, oh, my, I could not recognize you at all – being so confident, taking control of the stage, you ARE a leader; Xiangzhen, you allow feelings, not your thinking to work your body, what a breakthrough! and Justin, you have made impossible possible, an example of stretching your capacity when contributing to a greater cause(greater than yourself). Are you interested in becoming a leader? Are you interested in having breakthroughs (yes, break through that bottleneck that’s being constraining you for years)? Are you interested in making impossible possible? Hurry up! Aaron, Angela, Xiangzhen and Justin are already doing it! |
